Fitness Tip!

If the fall weather has gotten you motivated for running, make sure you're not training in old, worn out shoes.

Most running shoes are designed for 400-500 miles of wear.  Old shoes lose cushioning and flexibility.

At FIT to be TRI'd, we'll have the new shoe for you ... from the minimalist Vibram FiveFingers and natural motion Newtons to the traditional Karhus and K-Swiss!
